Ordering Information & Return Policy
Because we are a wholesale distributor we do not accept returns or do refunds on non-damaged items.
Damaged items can be returned and credited. All damaged items are subject to our review. If items are deemed damaged, either a replacement or store credit will be issued. Products not deemed damaged, will result in the items being returned to our customer at the cost of shipping.
Refusal of a package does not qualify as a refund of a product. Being in manufacturing and direct prices we are not able to accept orders to being returned as they were produced/manufactured for the purpose and quantities of your business.
Unreasonable amounts of returns or abuse of this system will result in an account review and suspension for one standard calendar year.
Once tracking is created we no longer have any information or control of the package. Reaching out to the carrier is the quickest and most efficient way to get an update, we do not have access to the same infomation as they do. Please note that some carriers delay in their scanning process and can lead to a delay in updates. It is up the carrier to communicate those updates
Our turnaround time is individual to each product these will be posted on the product in the Facebook page when released.
Turnaround for custom shirts or custom sizes is up to 4 weeks
We ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking information provided.
